Top Notch Pod!

These ladies are crazy, nuts and super fun! They’re two Canadian ladies of a certain age (their wording-not mine) and they discuss random topics from pop culture, religion, politics, you name it! They fight like sisters-Sam is always pulling Lisa off the ceiling about something and Lisa’s always thinking she’s the first one in the universe to create things the rest of us have heard of for years, but with a spin only Lisa can do! My description is not doing them justice! They’re so funny and bicker back and forth a lot but you can tell they are real BFF’s and their chemistry electric! I have never missed an episode! A must listen or watch on YouTube!

Just what I need

I’ve just reached episode 400 to catch up and you announced your new website. I had to check it out… I know I’m late. I think I’ll be caught up by summer. When I need a laugh this is where I turn. You each share certain characteristics of my best friend and I. Some of the conversations remind me of a bitch fest we’ve had. I even have to admit I share some of Lisa’s quirky traits. I can always count on you for a laugh. I have at least one “I shake my head” moment everyday and agree with most of yours. I’ve begun perimenopause myself and I feel you! Thank you for the laughs. We would be good friends!

I want to leave a voicemail

I love this podcast. I have written you guys several times you are my workout. You are my go to podcast. You are my ray of sunshine on a cloudy day, but I keep listening to you begging for a voicemail, so I thought OK I’m going to stop my walk midstream find where I can call leave a voicemail and make my two friends that do the podcast happy. But I cannot find it so I don’t know if I am a dumb boomer or what but I don’t know where you leave the voicemail so sorry. But I love you gals!

I SHAKE MY HEAD an amusement every week

I love with humour that you dapple and touch on serious topics without politicizing.. I have been listening for several years now and have thoroughly enjoyed seeing the podcast. Grow as you ladies get more experience each week and I’m loving the new format. I am missing Lisa‘s question corner and the little bits of trivia that Sam would bring. Do you know? I also think it’s great that Lisa and Sam have been friends longer than Lisa has been married I think and that they’re able to recognize and celebrate each other’s differences and poke fun at each other and friends with the podcast. I spend a lot of time in my car and look forward to an episode each week Keep up the amazing work, ladies You are crushing it!

I grew up in Prince Albert, lived in Saskatoon, moved to BC for most of my adult life and now we are in Southern California until retirement I am in my 50s also so can relate to everything. I found your podcast through Sarah Burke’s Instagram and I thoroughly enjoy the two of you - thank you!

My Commuter Company in the car!!

I have been listening to I Shake My Head with Lisa & Sam for 3 years now. Initially, I tuned in to support a local gal but I was quickly hooked. The chemistry between Lisa & Sam is awesome! These ladies are hilarious, witty with the perfect amount of sarcasm. They are the perfect company on my commute to work, home and driving to my boyfriend's home 2 hours away. Thank you ladies for shaking your heads.

Fantastic Fun, Right?! ;)

I shake my head at people who haven’t listened to Lisa & Sam yet! Fun and entertaining ladies who just chat about dumb things in our everyday lives! We can ALL relate to them! They chat about hot topics in fandom/entertainment world-not political driven! They chat about what’s going on in their lives. They’re from Canada, so occasionally some of our foods may differ. (I’m from the USA) Things like that. They are very active on Facebook and Instagram, and interact with us fans throughout the week! I love and look forward to the games like ‘One has to Go’ on Tuesdays as well as ‘Would you rather Wednesday’! It’s total fun every week! I love these gals and they’re kind, funny and thoughtful. What more could you ask for? Give them a listen. You won’t be sorry!

I'd friend them!

I don't think I have ever listened to two women in their 50's have a random conversation and thought to myself - man I wish I could be their friends. Well, that is, until today! I love the banter between these two. The show is simplistic in it's approach, but wonderful in its delivery!
